Ordering & Delivery
How fast is delivery?
We dispatch orders placed before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, the same day. Orders after 2pm, on weekends, or bank holidays go out the next working day. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details on deliveries.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Highlands, or Islands?
Yes, we ship across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands. Just note that some couriers may take an extra day or two for remote areas. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details on deliveries.
Can I choose a delivery date or time?
Not at checkout, but once your order’s on the way, you'll get tracking info so you can manage delivery with the courier directly. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details on deliveries.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times range from 5–20 working days depending on location. You’ll see available options and costs at checkout. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details on deliveries.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible. Once it’s shipped, we can’t cancel it but you can return eligible items. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details on returns.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order includes tracking.
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
What if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
If your parcel’s late:
- UK orders: Wait 48 hours after dispatch before chasing.
- International orders: Please allow the full delivery window.
Still no sign? contact us and we’ll look into it.
Note: Some couriers require up to 30 days before we can issue a refund or replacement.
Do you offer click and collect?
Not at this time, all orders are shipped from our warehouse.
Returns, Support & Installation Help
What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as:
- Items are unused and undamaged
- All parts are included (even if opened)
Custom-made items are not eligible for return. We inspect everything on return and issue refunds for qualifying items. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details on returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Let us know straight away. We’ll sort it.
If anything’s missing or broken, contact us with your order number and a quick photo if possible.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If your parcel is returned to us:
- We’ll email you once it arrives back
- You can choose a refund (item only) or pay for redelivery
Some couriers may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t got it, let us know within 7 working days and we’ll investigate. Visit our Delivery Information page for more details on deliveries.
Can I speak to someone for help?

Can I get technical advice or installation help?
Yes, especially if you're unsure which seal or material you need.

Most of our catalogue is in stock and ready to dispatch.
If something’s unavailable, you can contact us and we’ll let you know when we can get it.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes, for large quantities or regular orders, get in touch and we’ll quote you.
Is there a warranty or guarantee?
We guarantee all products to be free from manufacturing defects.
If you receive something faulty, we’ll replace or refund it.

We don’t offer formal trade accounts yet, but we’re happy to discuss discounts for regular or bulk orders.

Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UK and international cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Trade customers can also request pro forma invoices.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, your confirmation email includes a VAT invoice.
Need it re-sent? Just let us know.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest.
But if you want to save addresses and view past orders, creating an account helps.
