Shipping Made Simple, What You Need to Know

Need seals fast and hassle-free? Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, track, and handle orders, from our warehouse to your door. We dispatch same-day on weekdays if you order by 2pm. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your parcel ships.

UK Delivery

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (aim: 2 working days)
  • Upgrade options: Tracked 24 or Next Day Special Delivery (cut-off: 2pm)

Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend ship on Monday.

Bank Holidays and Christmas: Orders will ship the next working day. We’re closed over Easter weekend, last dispatch is 2pm on the Thursday before Good Friday.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse.

*All orders placed before 2pm (UK time) ship same-day. Timings depend on destination and local customs.

Heads up for international buyers:
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees aren’t included at checkout. You’ll need to pay these locally when your parcel arrives.

Tracking Your Order

Every parcel is shipped with tracking. You’ll get an email with the tracking link as soon as your order’s dispatched.

Delivery Problems

  • Missed delivery or returned to sender?

    If a parcel is returned because nobody was available to receive it:

    • We’ll email you when it arrives back.
    • You can request a refund (for the item only) or pay for redelivery.
  • Wrong address?

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, we can’t refund or replace items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Courier deliveries:

Make sure someone’s available to sign, or choose a safe place at checkout. If a courier shows it as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Let us know within 7 working days of the last expected delivery date.
  • We’ll investigate with the courier. If it turns up after a refund, we may ask you to return it or charge for the item.

Cancellations & Returns

Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? No problem.

  • Cancelling an Order

    • Before dispatch? Full refund, no problem.
    • After dispatch, before delivery? Refuse the parcel. Refund on return (excluding premium delivery upgrades).
    • After delivery? Return it at your cost. We’ll refund once it’s back and checked.
  • Returns

    • Return unused items within 30 days of purchase
    • Items must be undamaged and not used
    • You can return opened packaging, as long as all parts are included

We’ll inspect the return and issue a refund if it meets the criteria. Custom-made items can’t be refunded.

Out of Stock Items

We keep high stock levels of what we list. If something’s out of stock after you’ve ordered:

  • We’ll cancel that part of the order and email you
  • You’ll be refunded or the pre-authorisation will be released

Everything else in your order will still ship as normal.

Delivery Timeframes Are Estimates

We hit our targets in 99% of cases, but delays can happen. Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during busy periods or customs checks.

We always recommend ordering ahead of time to avoid last-minute stress.

Currency

All prices are in GBP or USD depending on your location. If you’re paying in another currency, your payment provider sets the exchange rate.

  • Order by 2pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch

  • All orders include tracking

  • Returns accepted up to 30 days (if unused)

  • UK standard: Royal Mail 48 Tracked

  • Next Day available with Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm

  • International? Check your country’s import rules

  • Cancellations allowed pre-dispatch or on return

  • We’re fair but firm: delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

Frequently Asked Questions

What time do I need to order by for same-day dispatch?

Place your order before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, and we’ll dispatch it the same day. Orders made after 2pm, over the weekend, or on bank holidays will ship the next working day.

Can I track my order?

Yes, every order includes tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Didn’t get the email? Double-check your spam folder, or contact us and we’ll resend it.

What if my parcel hasn’t arrived?

If your parcel’s taking longer than expected:

  • UK orders: Wait 48 hours after dispatch before chasing
  • International orders: Allow the full delivery window (5–20 working days depending on location)

Still not arrived? Get in touch and we’ll investigate. In some cases, we may ask you to wait up to 30 days before issuing a refund or replacement, depending on the courier's timeframe.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items:

  • Are unused and undamaged
  • Include all parts, even if the packaging’s been opened

Custom-made items aren’t eligible for return. We inspect all returns on arrival, and issue a refund if they meet the conditions.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If the courier can’t deliver and the parcel is returned to us:

  • We’ll email you once it’s back
  • You can choose a refund (for the item only), or pay for redelivery

Some couriers may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, let us know within 7 working days and we’ll look into it.
